Mary Qiu, MD, is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist at the Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio. She serves as Associate Program Director of the Glaucoma Fellowship. Her clinical focus includes the medical and surgical management of glaucoma, with expertise in advanced techniques and cataract surgery. Mary previously held a faculty position at the University of Chicago, where she led the resident glaucoma rotation, precepted medical students, and taught on the ophthalmology clerkship. She is widely published in peer-reviewed literature, lectures in the US and internationally, and actively contributes to programming committees for the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).
