"Sahar Bedrood, MD, PhD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained specialist practicing at Advanced Vision Care in Los Angeles, California. She serves as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the USC Roski Eye Institute. Her clinical focus includes cataract surgery (complex, laser-assisted, premium IOLs) and glaucoma management and surgery—including minimally invasive glaucoma treatments, laser therapies, traditional filtering, and implant-based options. Sahar is an invited speaker at national conferences, executive board member of the Los Angeles Society of Ophthalmology, on editorial boards for Glaucoma Today and EyeNet, Ambassador for the Glaucoma Research Foundation, and has been named to Los Angeles Magazine Top Doctors from 2017 to 2025."
