About

Norbert Koerber is an independent consultant and educator, teaching at the Clinica Oculistica, University Hospital of Padova, in Italy, following many years in private practice at Augencentrum Köln in Cologne, Germany. He has used the original iTrack™ microcatheter for more than two decades and was part of the study team behind its pivotal FDA clearance in 2008. Norbert first introduced canaloplasty performed via an ab interno surgical technique to Germany in 2014, and in 2022 became the first surgeon in the country to adopt iTrack™ Advance, the same year he joined Nova Eye's CATALYST Study as Coordinating Investigator. Alongside longtime research partner Dr. Simon Ondrejka, he has published canaloplasty outcomes data spanning 24-month to 10-year follow-up.
