About ESCRS 2026

Interventional Glaucoma is moving into the mainstream at ESCRS 2026, driven largely by cataract and refractive surgeons expanding their therapeutic scope.

This September in London, Nova Eye has built a full week of programming: Glaucoma Day, an Instructional Course focused on pragmatic MIGS decision-making, and new canaloplasty data presented on the podium. On Sunday night, we are hosting a signature event off the exhibition floor... The Swan After Dark.

Hosted on the private terrace of the Swan Balcony overlooking St Paul's Cathedral, the Globe Theatre and the River Thames, the event will feature Dr. Nikki Bajic (USA) and Dr. Karsten Klabe (Germany) in the roles of Romeo and Juliet - the purely interventional surgeon and the drops-first traditionalist - in a Shakespearean-themed debate over where canaloplasty fits in the glaucoma treatment paradigm. See here for more information: https://luma.com/nova-eye-event.

Here is what’s happening.
